Appearing to have focused primarily upon penis enlargement surgery as their physicians speciality, Cosmetic Surgery International claims to have performed over 20,000 procedures since 1990. Surgeons are Board Certified physicians and members of the American Medical Association. However, it is not clear if they are also certified in plastic surgeons.

CSI's physicians' interest in penis enlargement dates back more than 20 years, where they researched surgical lengthening techniques developed for boys suffering from microphallus. From this early research came the physicians' development of surgical techniques to help adult males. Performing more than 1,000 surgeries to perfect the procedures used, Cosmetic Surgery International claims great outcomes.

CSI Methods

Their surgical plan actually involves two separate procedures. Both are completely natural and do not involve the introduction of implants or other foreign materials. The first, a lengthening procedure, was originally developed more than 20 years ago to treat boys suffering from microphallus ... suspensory ligament release. The other proceedure is a fat transplant process adapted and perfected by Cosmetic Surgery International from traditional facial plastic surgery techniques.

CSI claims the circumference of the penis can be increased by 30-50 percent, depending on the results desired by the patient. In each procedure, increases occur in both the flacid and erect state, although length gain in the flacid state is generally greater. Lengthening and augmentation procedures take approximately 25 minutes each; surgery involving both procedures usually runs no more than 55 minutes.

Penis girth augmentation is achieved through Fat Transfer i.e. injecting fat cells collected from the patient’s abdomen directly into the penile shaft between the erectile tissue and the skin. Although girth enhancement through Fat Transfer is generally considered to produce unpredictable results in the long term due to high or uneven reabsorbtion rates, CSI claim to reduce these risks by first cleansing and separating the transferred cells before injection.

CSI operates surgery centers in the East, West coast, Midwest and Southwest of the USA. Procedures range from between $4000 to $7900, although we weren’t given the costs of individual penis lengthening and girth enlargement procedures, even after requesting specific procedure costs by e-mail.
