Cosmetic Surgery Errors

With the death of an individual who decided to undergo penis enlargement surgery, suddenly cosmetic surgeons began to think twice about placing silicon into the penis. Currently, it was used successfully in the augmentation of breasts but the results for successful penis girth enhancement were simply not evident.

Because of the traumatic patient death's and resulting lawsuits, cosmetic surgeons reverted back to the injection of liposuctioned fat into the undersides and lateral penile caverns. The results of their "step-backward" were less than spectacular.

Penile Distortions

Nodules, lumps, pits and cavities causing gross distortions of the penis when flaccid and erect became the norm. Additionally, following cosmetic surgery for penile enhancement the patients were beginning to experience erectile dysfunction secondary to the scarring from the surgical techniques used. Back in the early 90's, the practice of cosmetic penis enlargement surgery was really nothing short of carpentry.

However, it seems those times have changed. With the advent of new techniques for girth enhancement as well as length improvement coupled with the introduction of the laser replacing the surgeon's knife, results are improving and cosmetic surgery errors are decreasing in the United States at a steady and predictable pace.

There was a small period of time when surgeons refrained from penile fat injections in the United States, however surgeons in other countries continued to perform the procedure and their results are normally seen on websites telling you to not undergo penis enlargement surgery.

It seems with poor training and even less guidelines then cosmetic surgeons are palced under, the practice of fat injection flourished around the medical world ... and so did the horriffic results.
